What Happens Next

Within 1 business day: Confirmation email from admin@healthforcekentucky.org with logistics, parking directions, and your pre-event briefing packet.
About a week before the event: Final agenda, name badge details, and dietary accommodation confirmation.
Day-of (August 26): Park in the Innovation Center visitor lot at 2511 Frederica Street, Owensboro. Doors open at 8:30 AM, program starts at 9:00 AM sharp.
Bring a laptop or tablet — you'll use the AI tools live with our team on the sim floor.
After Preview Day: Attendees receive $1,000 off the September 23–25 inaugural cohort ($3,495 → $2,495).
